Message from LCC on how to access help with heating oil costs

Help with Heating Oil Costs

Funding has been made available through Lincolnshire County Council’s Crisis and Resilience Fund to help residents with the rising cost of heating oil. Currently, Lincolnshire County Council has heating oil vouchers worth £300 each that are available for eligible Lincolnshire households who rely on heating oil as their main source of heating and hot water.

This support is specifically for heating oil costs only.

Households may be eligible if they:

  • · Have a household income below £36,000
  • · Have savings under £6,000
  • · Use heating oil as their primary heating source
  • · Are at immediate risk of losing access to heating or hot water

Many rural households across Lincolnshire remain heavily dependent on heating oil and can face significant financial pressure during periods of increased energy costs. Lincolnshire County Council is keen to ensure this support reaches as many eligible residents as possible, particularly those who may be isolated or less likely to access support online.

As such, in addition to the online application below, telephone support is available for residents who need assistance completing the process by calling our designated number 01529 572575.

Applications can be completed online, www.lincolnshirecf.co.uk/crf
